Nada Abi Saleh

Nada has over 30 years of experience in the communication industry and has been at the helm of Leo Burnett Beirut since 2014. Her expertise spans brand, communication, and social strategies, as well as PR amplification and influencer marketing. Nada joined Leo Burnett in 1988 as a communication executive for Procter & Gamble and quickly rose to positions of strategic and creative leadership. During her tenure, Nada helped transform Leo Burnett Beirut into a leading global creative agency, having been the leader and catalyst behind globally recognised creative campaigns such as #Khede Kasra, #keeptheflamealive, #Undress522, #legallybride, #shameonwho, #theMissingpeace, Lollar #thecurrencyofcorruption, and #prioritytoo, to name a few.

After her appointment as Managing Director, she lent her strategic and leadership skills to global, regional, and local accounts in a variety of industries, including banking, telco, FMCG, retail, real estate, and NGOs. Additionally, Nada regularly leads cross-regional pitch teams in the GCC and has been instrumental in Publicis Groupe’s growth and business development efforts. According to the Big Won 2015 report, she elevated Leo Burnett Beirut’s global ranking to the 4th most creative agency in the world and, with her team, won the first Gold Glass Lion in the Middle East. Since then, she has been the driving force behind global award-winning campaigns with strong business impact, including internationally acclaimed festivals.

Nada holds a BA in Political Science and Public Administration from the American University of Beirut, in addition to an MA in International Relations and Law Studies from the University of Saint Joseph, Beirut.
