Naji Boulos

President of the IAA (Lebanon)

Founder of Jicébé Creative and Innovative Consultancy, Naji Boulos is a marketing and creativity expert with over 35 years of experience in the communication industry. His strong desire to share his experience and knowledge fuels his commitment to mentor others.

His advertising career includes a 5-year tenure with a media representation company in Paris, followed by a decade with Inter-Régies as Creative and Managing Director. Subsequently, he dedicated 16 years to the international agency Memac Ogilvy & Mather, where he served as Managing Director for the Lebanon and Iraq markets. Throughout his career, he has worked on numerous local and international brands, developing successful advertising campaigns and winning accolades along the way.

In 2019, Naji launched Jicébé, an innovative and creative consultancy offering a diverse range of marketing and communication services, ideation labs, and creative thinking training. He remains an active member of the IAA Lebanon chapter, having served on the board for eight mandates and holding the position of president from 2011 to 2013 and since May 2023. During his first mandate, he edited and published ‘Lebanon Communicating,’ a book delving into the history of advertising in Lebanon. In January 2024, he launched the IAA Lebanon Hall of Fame, a tribute to the pioneers of advertising in Lebanon.

Naji is a motivational leader, prominent speaker, and passionate educator and trainer, encouraging individuals to fully harness their creativity for transformative change and innovation. He lectures at St Joseph University and several other esteemed institutions, including La Sorbonne-Paris and HEC Montreal. Furthermore, he serves as a creative thinking trainer and consultant for many NGOs and organisations.
