Eli is a strategic communication and media specialist and content producer with over thirty years of experience in global issues, public affairs, and national and brand communications. He is credited with raising the standard of communication in the region as a result of the practises he introduced. He is the CEO of the Quantum Group, which includes M&C Saatchi Mena and Mercury Content.

Born in Beirut, Eli started his career as an editorial cartoonist at the age of 16. In 1980, he relocated to Los Angeles to study Communication Arts, edit the diaspora newspaper, and work as a freelance cartoonist and designer in Beirut, Beverly Hills, and Nicosia. When Eli returned to Lebanon in 1990, he entered the advertising industry, kicking off the region’s advertising heydays. In 1992, he launched the Saatchi agency in Beirut, which quickly became a household name and one of the region’s largest recipients of advertising awards. In 2000, he launched Quantum Communications, a policy and strategic communications advisory that has become an undisputed industry reference in socio-political reform and counter-malign narrative communications. Eli produced two Ziad Rahbani film releases, “Belnesbe Laboukra Chou?” and “Film Ameriki Tawil,” as well as several documentaries, including “Bachir, a disputed truth.”
